Sahaja Yoga is the spontaneous and natural union of individual consciousness and the spiritual dimension in us, the microcosm and the macrocosm. It is spontaneous in the sense that no particular effort to be made, it happens on their own.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is a form in which an inner spiritual energy in our wake. This leads to the experience of joy and inner balance. We are mindless and have us fully aware of what is happening around us, without disturbing thoughts. True meditation is a state of deep inner balance, where our mind calm and quiet, yet alert. Many saints and prophets have spoken about this experience. Their goal was to achieve Self-realization, and personal awareness is associated with a higher spiritual awareness. Sahaja Yoga with this awareness can be experienced by everyone.
